Round Robin: everyone plays everyone, fully scheduled

How the schedule is created
The planner uses the proven circle method: one team stays fixed while all others rotate around it. This guarantees that every team meets every other team exactly once, without duplicate matches. With an odd number of teams, a different team receives a bye in each round.
If there are fewer courts available than matches in a round, the planner automatically splits the round into sections. Waiting teams are shown in the schedule.
How many rounds and matches?
| Teams | Rounds | Total matches |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 3 | 6 |
| 5 | 5 (with byes) | 10 |
| 6 | 5 | 15 |
| 8 | 7 | 28 |
From about 8 teams upward, a full Round Robin becomes long. Plan shorter matches, for example to 16 points or one set per match, or split the field into two groups.
When to choose Round Robin instead of Americano
Round Robin is the right choice when you play in fixed pairs: established doubles teams, club sessions, box tournaments or league nights. If everyone should mix with everyone and individual scoring matters most, Americano is the better fit.

Is the generator free?expand_more
Yes, completely. No signup, no app, no hidden limits.
