Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The request is free and without obligation. If a carefully selected partner fits your project, an assessment with partner expertise can make sense. You decide in the form whether your request may be forwarded for this.

What should I prepare?

Ideally, you have run the cost calculator and ROI calculator once; the values are sent automatically with your request. Exact location (postcode is enough), rough indoor/outdoor idea, equity share and timeline. If you do not know all of that yet, that is fine; it is the reason for the consultation.

What happens to my data?

We use your information to process your request. If you consent to optional partner forwarding, we may forward your request to carefully selected partners who fit your build project. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing info@padelcompass.de.

What happens if you advise against it?

Then we say so honestly. Sometimes the location does not fit, sometimes costs are too high, sometimes the permit situation is too risky. We explain why and name alternatives: smaller scale, change location, outdoor instead of indoor, try again later. An honest no saves more money than a polished recommendation.

How quickly will I get an answer?

We will get back to you by email promptly. The more specific your information is, the faster we can assess whether a direct next step or a suitable partner makes sense.
